Event- Evening with the Deaf Ninja- Kyle Schulze
This past Friday, April 25th was the event- Evening with the Deaf Ninja with Kyle Schulze! (https://thedeafninja.com/) 10+ ELC students attended this event and a total of over 30+ students from all over the area.
Here is a video showing highlights of the event. It was such a a cool night for the kids. A lot of them are the only ones in their schools who use hearing devices, so it can feel pretty isolating.
This event was all about giving them a chance to meet a successful and inspirational Deaf adult, meet other kids who understand the invisible challenges of hearing loss, and just have a fun time together
